Hi there!

My name is Keith, and I'm from various parts of NY State.  This wouldn't be very remarkable, but in the summer of 2003, shortly after discovering the music of Over the Rhine, I drove from Long Island to Lexington, KY to hear them play.  Their singer Karin Bergquist had already been informed by a friend in Louisville that I was driving out for the show, and when I said hello after their set was over and told her I was Keith, she took my hand and said "You're Keith from New York??  Thank you so much for coming!"

Okay, so it's not the world's greatest story, but it is how I got my current Internet name!  About me:  I'm married a lot of years to a wonderful woman, have three almost-grown kids, I love music and I don't like Creationism and I have little patience for people who waste their brief time on this earth or take themselves too seriously.  The rest of you are very welcome!
